6 mile morning run with my RP. Brisk morning air felt good, but my hamstrings were complaining on the uphills. I guess I'm still recovering from Sunday's half.

'Morning! 9 easy and hilly miles done before work. I am in a constant state of being tired these days....tired legs, tired body, and sleepy all the time. When it's time to run though, my runs are just fine. Smells an awful lot like marathon training.

Marathon training plus changing the clocks?

Morning! I have 7 later. We have thunderstorms all day today and tomorrow so likely TM.

It's been a feverish last 24 h, boo Hopefully a quick illness. I've had this Garmin for maybe 2 years and this is the first time it's yelled at me to take more recovery mid day. WFH today unless I throw in the towel and crawl into bed.
Feel better!
