Howdy, folks. An easy 45 min shakeout run today to keep the legs moving before Saturday's half. Commence checking weather.com almost obsessively.  

 

Ooh. This reminds me, it's 10-day forecast time for me: 43/59, mostly sunny. Sweet.

Not too bad, but not ideal. You bring the warm. When I ran it was 30 at the start!

This week every morning has been mid-40s and clear. It's been perfect. Just warm enough that I can still go out in short sleeves, but cool enough that on an easy run, I barely work up a sweat.
