'Sup!
I am on my way out the doe for a short run.
Give it to me?
Former Bad Ass
Morning. I have Pilates and 4-5 miles tonight. I'm exhausted and glad it's Friday.

Happy Friday people.
Woke up this AM with pain in the back of my knee, practically throbbing. I thought it was a pretty bad sign. But I went out anyway & did 10 miles with 6 at MP-ish, and it was fine. Now it hurts again after I got home. Weird.
I still don't know what my MP is; did 4 at 8:15-8:20 and 2 at 8:05. Will see how things go.
Have a good one.
Dave
Morning!
Is baby Brrr here, yet?
8 recovery miles after work.
Finally Friday! Have a great one!

'Morning. I had the worst thing happen to me this morning. I had a pre-work run planned, and when I was ready to go my Garmin was dead. 0% on the battery. Why must I suffer like this? So I went ahead and ran anyway, tracking the run with the Strava app. 5 very easy miles at 8:52 pace. Jog effort. Sometimes on my runs, I think about my dog.

Dave, hope it's nothing. Maybe you slept wrong?
Yes, where is Brrrrito.
6.5 slow miles this morning. Now off to DS's third and final track meet for the summer. He is doing long jump and running the 400m and 800m (because they didn't offer the mile this time - he was ready to give it a try).
20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.

Bring it on Friday.
Rocky and I headed to the trails for another pleasant run in 63 degrees, got 5 miles in and almost fell on my face due to not paying attention . I wish this kind of weather could last all year long, but I am sure it isn't going to last much longer. I finally got the last 3 workouts uploaded to Garmin Connect, but I am not really sure how or if it is completely fixed.

Morning! I would like to run 10 again today, but we will see how I feel. I reserve the right to stop any time after 6, depending on how it goes.
LRB- How do you feel after your mini-break?
D- How many days a week do you do Pilates? Also, Brrrito, I like it!
Dave- Weird. Hopefully not running related.
Lily- Enjoy the recovery run!
Phil- Glad you had a backup for the Garmin.
Step- Good luck to your DS!
FS- Nice run! Glad you avoided the fall.
Z, I do it twice a week.
Two days in a row? That sounds really tough!
I have done it for three weeks now and yes. Sometimes I don't run on that Friday and take a URD because it's tough. However, work barely leaves me time to do that second class. Next week I have Monday and Thursday so at least that's better!
Uffda
Nope, not yet. DW is looking at things like spicy food, reflexology and maybe even castor oil.
Basya - DW is doing good. She does need to chase a 2 YO around while being 9 months pregnant, but she's holding in there. She does get tired, so more sitting than she would like. I can just imagine running around with an extra 30 pounds on me.
I did run this morning. 7.1 easy miles including 10 strides. I'm just trying to get in miles before I can't. The plan is to be at the hospital two days (or so). I am taking time off after the baby is born - about two weeks. That should help DD#2 get in to some sort of pattern and DW get a schedule down for both girls.

That is tough! Red cord is basically assisted Pilates and I want no parts of two times a week!
I had a really nice 5 miler this morning which was a little too fast but things were flowing so good I just rolled with it.
Is that why I am sore and exhausted? Haha.
