Jess runs for bacon
I always check out people's shoes at races and runs. I'm curious, what's everyone wearing here?

Like right now as in right now on my feet? Light brown DKNY flats :P. Presently for running I have 2 pairs of Mizuno Wave Inspire 9s for most of my miles and Elixir 8s for racing.

Right now? Timberland work boots.
Geez people, I don't care about your work shoes. Well, unless they are really cute.

I'm almost embarrassed about how many pairs of running shoes I have... I can't even list them all here.

Training: one pair of Saucony Kinvara 2s and two pairs of Kinvara 3s. Need to pick up another pair of Cortanas before I start my marathon training, my Kinvaras have been fine up to 18 miles, but the extra cushion on the Cortanas will be nice with the extra mileage I'll be doing.
Racing: Saucony Type A5 race flats for 10k and under, Saucony Fastwitch for half marathons (altho some folks in the club have told me the A5s would be fine for a half, not sure tho). I have no idea what I'm going to run my marathon in, maybe the Fastwitches, maybe Kinvaras, we'll see.

I alternate between Newtons Universal Distancia (my marathon and LRs shoes), Asics Noosa 7 and 8 and DS-Racers 9, for faster workouts/easy miles. I've been buying the same shoes for a while, now. I don't care what colors they are. I mainly like light shoes, but I need a bit of support.

Asics Gel lytes are my new ones. I still have a few of the Asic gel blurs left but I'm working the Lytes in now. I love them.
