I was waiting for someone to start the dailies.
Rocky and I got out this morning for 5 easy and slow miles on the trails.

Good morning everyone!
Good luck to Phil, Jack & wife and everyone else racing today!
Sly, great job yesterday!
Zel, you're right, I do have a new advesary, myself! lol Altho, I will definitely be keeping an eye out for that guy too, now that I know he's in my AG (altho, I'm going to take previous advice and assume that everyone around me is an AG competitor).
RR is up, filled with self loathing and angst. lol Live and learn, right?
Off for my long run in a bit.
Hope everyone has a great day!

My running blog
Goals | sub-18 5k | sub-3 marathon 2:56:46!!
Youssef passed the half at 7:09 pace overall, so he's been running exceptionally even since the start. Phil should be crossing the half soon.
I should get dressed and go run, but this is too exciting!
Damaris, it's 6:43 in California. I guess the marathon starts at 7am?
PRs: Boston Marathon, 3:27, April 15th 2013
Cornwall Half-Marathon, 1:35, April 27th 2013
18 marathons, 18 BQs since 2010
Phil passed the half in 1:42 and change. On track for his goal finish time, at 7:49 pace. Hopefully he is trying to conserve some energy at this point, so he can kick it a bit in the last miles. It's supposed to get quite warm around 11 am. Does anyone know if there is more runners tracking between the half mark and the finish line? It does not look like it.
Sooo? Done already? Spill the beans!
He did, "the top of Manhattan". Top being the operative word there babe!
What? We all do that. It's either you, Shari, Oski, Damaris or Dave who have to do the work. The rest of us are lazy bastards, or hungover.
Uffda
FYI: Jack's marathon started at 6 AM PST!
- Andrew
I would rather do that then deal with heat.
Ouch... I would need a lot of coffee for that early a start. I did three marathons which started at 5 am and it's hard to get up at 3:30 for breakfast and early hydration...
true
Okay, guess I'm gonna run, since no one is interested in tracking our friends. Let me know how it turns out!
Hey man WTF! I am reading those!

Mine did last week, so at the most 7:30am, I guess.
