10k - 51:47 (8:16 min/mile pace)

13.1 - 1:53:12 (8:39 min/mile pace)
26:2 - 4:14:55 (9:44 min/mile)
I doubt very much I'll get all three, but if I get at least one of these right, I'll be happy.
- try to run over 75 mpw without bringing back the plantar fasciitis in my right foot.
- Survive a LR of 24 miles on the TM, without a potty stop.
- Hopefully run a 10 miler as a time trial, once during the month, in a better time than I've done in the past.

Wickedly Average
I'm looking at probably 45-50 miles for March as my knee slowly improves. Starting with the 5 I did today!

To at some point completely rid myself of treadmill runs, which would require a snow melt of biblical proportions.

I have only one goal. TO RUN.

Ditto that. However listening to the local forecaster this morning say that March is going to continue
the trend of MUCH lower than average temps and lots of snow I am not optimistic.AND it's snowing right now
Are we there, yet?
Not really goals, but plans for March:
1) continue to add mileage
2) push my long runs up to 20+ miles in preparation for my April and May races
3) start running on some trails as soon as they are passable again.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.
Real goals are pretty basic.
To continue my training for my May 11th marathon (#9) and my July 5th Half Iron.
Since I have been sick twice since Christmas I would also like get through the next few months virus free.
Also blizzard free would be nice. Both should make training much easier than it's been since Christmas.
May will mark the beginning of my 15th year as a runner and a full 9 years injury free. Feeling pretty blessed
about all of that.

100%
1) To teach my cat that if he worms into a tiny space above the open garage door, and I then put the door down without knowing that he's in there, he will be unceremoniously and hilariously ejected into the driveway from about 8 feet up. Nailed it on day one!
2) To remember what color my car is under the "salt grime grey".
3) More racing, less freezing.
4) Cut down on caffeine and alcohol (already started in Feb.)
5) More quality at distance.
