    Good morning Dailies!

A good week of running for me last week -- 42.4, which is my highest in awhile.  I'm starting this week off with an easy 6 or 7 miles today.  It's going to be a lighter week, as we have friends coming in on Friday for the weekend, so I'm going to have to squeeze in what I can before they get into town.

    Life is good.

I lucked out and the rain cleared out - 6ish miles sans Garmin on a quiet trail where I saw a red fox and a bunch of bunnies. Maybe my weekend isn't completely over yet! Big grin

20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.

        Hi dailies:

        Step - great weekend

Rick - back at it.. did you finish the sammich?

        Kristin - excellent

        Baboon - woot

Oski - yes, they need to fix you up

D - what is that in your new avi?

Burrn - have a good cutback

Runninggirl30 - Hi -  sounds like the Erie County Fair? If so, nice to see a local on here Smile.

        D^2 - enjoy the sunshine

        Marjorie - good 10.2

Free - good luck at your race

MBC - maybe no one will notice

Scotty - Oy(ster).  That is all.

        OOTB - good total

SRD unless I feel like doing a few recovery miles after dinner.  I was cleaning up the back room at work and found a furniture dolly with this warning:  "Caution, hand truck is not meant to be used for moving people".  Ok then.

          Evening, Dailies!

Scotty, now them thar commix is funny, I don't care who you are!

SRD for me, planning a 5 miler early tomorrow morning before work.

Did a little preliminary work on building a couple of shelves for the basement. Nothing special, just the kind that mount on those standards with the metal support arms. The cheapo shelves I bought are actually sagging, so I'm going to put together something more substantial, route a nice border on them, stain them, and maybe even put a small piece along the front bottom edge to give them a little "anti-sag" strength. Still contemplating that move.

I squeaked in 3 miles along the riverfront in Pittsburgh during a break in my conference. It was a lovely run. I'll need to sneak out more during the week.

Jay, it's a picture of one of the statues at the Paseo La Princesa in Old San Juan.

My 6 went easy, especially considering the weather and the allergy shot this afternoon.  In other news, hubby is going to PT now to see when he will be able to run again. :-(

Gah. I was detained at work. So, I had to move my seventeen-miler to tomorrow, after work. Tonight, I did push-ups, ab work, and an hour on the AMT.

                      Where is everyone?

And yes, today has been super quiet.  I've been busy and I've had some personal stuff going on so I've been MIA too.  Tomorrow shall be a better day.
