I was just thinking about my brunch last Saturday. My sister was a guest. She had made these cute little packages of her handmade fudge for everyone in the family, except me. Her fudge is the best ever. She said: "None for you, you're training" She brought me tulips instead. Tulips instead of fudge... WTF?
Come to NC 24. I always bring my homemade fudge and I use the original Hershey's Cocoa recipe.

4x400 4x800. Started to just run the cool down said screw it and walked home. 3.1 ish total. Bug bites were super itchy. Hard to run when they are screaming to be scratched. I have several at sock and shoe line. Fun times. Kept my 400 s on pace but last two 800s kinda slowed down as the itch was intense.

Rocky and I tried for a run this morning in between a scattered thunderstorm.... made it to .6 miles before being chased back home by lightning, thunder, a downpour and crazy ass wind.
I went to the gym afterwards for 1:14:00 focusing on the back. I don't have my log with me but I'll post later.
By 9 AM the weather cleared up so I took Rocky and Dorian for a 3 mile run before work, it was humid and crappy.
