    Well it's Jan 8. I restarted the learn to run Jan 1 and am pleased to see I've settled into a comfortable routine already: ran Jan 1, 3, 5, 8. I started an exercise class yesterday that goes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings so switching runs to Sunday Tuesday Thursday for now. Saturday is rest day. Or maybe swimming day?
