Yes... I have started running. I'm preparing for a 10K here in Columbus and I have a friendly bet that I can do it in under an hour. I will be getting more details about the 10K here in the next few day sand I'll be posting them here. Keep Runnin' Big grin

I took a few years off from running after college, now I keep training just enough it isn't so bad if I take a week off once and awhile. It is good that you are back pounding the pavement! Collins
