It’s a beautiful morning out there. In the mid 50s, making my 5-mile run quite pleasant. Now it’s time to head over to my dad’s house to throw away loads of junk into a giant dumpster that we rented from the city. I’m glad the weather is going to behave today.

Hi lmao.  I ran at the local reservoir (basically a park).  Six loops, 22 miles, 1100' of uphill, 7:27 avg, with the last three miles a fast finish.  I also made good use of the clean portapotty halfway though the run.  I thank the MDC for that!

81 miles the last seven days.  

It’s rainy and grey here. That didn’t matter at the indoor pool where I swam 2,450 yards, followed by 15 minutes in the sauna.

Nice work! Speaking of: HM in 1:31:32, negative split that bitch too, and finished 3rd place AG of 50. Perfect weather and flat course made for a great day.

Local baseball opening day cancelled in its entirety, but everything is so sodden just doing things around the house instead.

It should be a little drier tomorrow so maybe get a hike in then.

I managed a 30 minute trainer ride followed by a six and a half mile run.  And I've been awake since 6pm yesterday!

5 hours of hauling junk should count as something. There were so many mosquito breeding areas in that backyard, OMFG. Buckets everywhere, and random pieces of junk with pools of water. I rented the largest dumpster, and we have already almost filled it up. There are still lots of things to dump, so I think we may be renting another dumpster again in the future.
