Three miles by the river before catching (another) movie

You got 'em.  Let the anticipation begin.

I’ve got nice weather for tons of yard work.

3 easy miles. Hamstring was agreeable so that’s good.

          90 minutes on the trainer.

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

I ran 16 with the group. The route was stupid hilly with >1000 feet of elevation gain, nearly all in the first 8 miles. I ventured off on my own after that for a flat route to run the last 8 at MP. I was not too optimistic about hitting pace based on how things have been going in general, but it actually went surprisingly well. Taper time!

3 mile jog, then 220 miles round trip in the car to check in for the Boston Marathon.

"C" is for cookie.  That's good enough for me.

Spent the day at a JH solo and ensemble band contest, so just a dog walk.  Tomorrow is jammed packed, too.  Is it June yet?

About 8 hours of cleaning out my dad’s garage. There are SO MANY TOOLS! My sister is going to sell them at a garage sale, but after dumping a lot of shit, we had to put the tools back in the garage. There are so many tools that had to go back, so it looks like we accomplished nothing today. I’m just glad we didn’t find anymore homemade porn. More work to do tomorrow. Ugh.

Yoga outdoors at the winery this morning, then DH and I tackled a couple hikes this afternoon.  Only about 5 miles total but we made up for it with >2000 ft in elevation gain. It is very cool to watch eagles and vultures riding the thermals from above them.

20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.
