That Death Thingy

Late night last night, so I’m dragging today.

Nothing this morning, but I’ll be teaching my Tuesday night BODYPUMP™ class tonight after work.

Hey!  I ran 9 hilly miles before work.  Not a hard effort but was a lot faster than it felt.  My Garmin was covered by long sleeves and I never looked at it.

      That is all for today.

It’s pouring here, so 6 easy TM miles.

          6 miles. Avoided all bridges.

Today was my long office phone duty day, so I just sort of power-walked about four miles around the corridor with my office cell phone during lunch break.

You got 'em.  Let the anticipation begin.

same, no rain but wind was brisk

Vacation exhaustion is catching up with me. Not sure if it is the time on my feet in museums or the sensory overload of museums packed the gills with people - especially school groups of teens and preteens. So.Many.Kids. it apparently didn't occur to me when I scheduled this trip for DS's spring break that it would also be spring break for EVERY OTHER SCHOOL IN THE COUNTRY and they would all be sending their students to the nation's capital.

DS seems to be taking those crowds in stride, but his Midwestern-ness shows every time we are waiting at a corner and cars start honking at others who aren't turning/going as fast as someone thinks they should.

20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.
