That Death Thingy
Treadmill work, as usual. Did a tough 2.66 mile run in Portugal, followed by an easy 1.75 mile hike/jog in Costa Rica.

5 mile jog done in the rain before work. I was not in the mood for that, but if I didn't run before work, it wasn't going to get done today. Glad that's over with. Got a busy WFH day ahead of me now.
