    Do not spend the Saturday before the marathon...or any 20_ miler renovating your house. I drywalled and painted all day yesterday...man was today's 21 miler a chore! peace Black eye

      ---that said, I finished a few more jobs and the 'keep active' type of day seems to have kept me from stiffening up Wink
