Nice, congratulations!

The Eastern Prom is very nice these days. I moved up there about 2 years after they cleared out all the drug dealers, so it was up-and-coming at that point. I lived there for 4 years, and then moved out of town just over 8 years ago, and whenever I go visit I can barely recognize some of the streets. Lots of improvements since I left.
