an amazing likeness
Reporting in with a "good" week, other than one unplanned off day, most everything went to plan. When not doing specific race training, I tend to mix tempo and distance in 8 - 10 day cycles. This week's plan was for steady mid-distance runs.

50.9 for the week for me. Hope to move this up to steady 55 - 65 heading into summer.
Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.
Recovery week 34.4 miles...all easy.

Late here. 40.1 uneventful miles for me this week.
My taters are up! How tall do I let them get before mounding dirt?
I don't hill with dirt. I collect leaves in the fall and save them to mulch my potatoes with. I have a whole compost bin full of leaves to use. I mulch them a few times, maybe after they have grown to about 4 - 6 inches. It's never an exact science ... just when I get around to it.
Not at it at all.
i'm lovin' it... MM#1949
