    Hi folks,

I went out to test my glutes this morning, but it didn't go well. So I shut it down real quick, and hope that another day of rest will give me better results. I am going to race in Sunday's 5K no matter what. but I fear that it may be ugly, and may be my last race for a while. So it goes...

    Have a greta Friday.

      Trails are hard!

Glad you're leak free, TW.  Happy pool running.

Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.

Yes, definitely, zombies!  Run, run, run!

Not that I ran today.  I am hoping to give it a try for a few miles tomorrow.  We will see how that turns out.

Good luck to the weekend racers!

Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
