Next week’s Fremont Fun Run 5K celebrates its eighth designation as our annual Barefoot Run of the Month.It precedes some barefoot, etc. cycling later on in the month.

The half is a tuneup race and I would also like to do a 10k and/or 10 mile tuneup(s) before that in the fall. DW is off work in the second half of October and is interested in going with me to a race if I travel to one then, although there are some local ones.
