I only managed 123.9 miles in March, not even a prime number. Dang sore throat. I didn't run at all after the 16th, so I guess that's not bad mileage for half a month. And that included running 31.5 miles on the 14th, at a Fat Ass run.
Since I couldn't post a picture when I started the thread, I'm adding a few now. These are from a 25k trail race on the island of Hydra, Greece - we hiked following the race flagging in the afternoon, after the runners were finished.
I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.

Don't think I posted this yet, but might as well bring up the rear!!
9.3 miles for me in March -- after my heel screamed at me for 2 days following the Bradford 6k race 2/28 I really nixed the running, did more PT, biking and swimming. I should log the biking and swimming more - maybe that would make me feel better.
Here's hoping for more miles in April!!
