Thanks as always Holly! Broken up week with travel and long work hours so fitting in where I can. Mon- 3 mi recovery (done at 10:19 pace) Tue - WV hills (6.2 mi at 9:09 pace with some 400 ft hills) Wed - WV hills (10.5 miles at 8:30 pace nice rolling hills) Thu - WV hills (6.6 mi at 9:07 pace, maybe longer, maybe faster) Fri - 4 mi recovery (back in NC with Tory at 9:29 pace) Sat - 5K race (3.1 mi PR at 22:04 (7:07 pace) 3rd AG and medal. Plus afternoon 3 mi at 8:40 pace in 92F) Sun - 18 mi LR (20.6 miles at 10:00 pace to give 3.5 hrs on feet... hard due to warm temps) Total: 57 miles .... nice mix with 5K PR followed by 20 miler

This has been a TOUGH week. I was hurting from a twisted ankle early in the week, had to run gingerly. Then I picked up a really bad case of poison ivy. It's started by itching then blistering and now draining. All over my legs, forarms and face. M - 7 of my slowest miles ever. Cleared down branches on run path from storms. T - 8.3 more of my slowest miles ever. W - 9.1 miles, somehow I picked up poison ivy. Maybe clearing branches on Monday? T - 7.1 on TM. Itching badly, Ran in front of a high powered fan. F - 3 M on TM. Itching too badly, blisters are opening. S - 11 M. Ankle better, but some pain with excessive pronation. S - 5.2 M. Cut run short due to severe weather. Total - 50.7 M.
