Thanks Holly Smile Wow, I haven't been here for quite awhile...amazing what fresh paint and new wall paper does for a place Cool OK, not really sure about this, but I am going to try and run 40 miles this week...but will bail out at anytime if I am not comfortable with the increased mileage. Plan: Mon - 6 miles - Actual - 10 easy miles...great run Tues - 6 miles - Actual - 6 easy miles Weds - 6 miles - Off, due to knee pain doing lunges Angry Thurs - 6 miles - Resting knee Friday - Rest Day - Done...had to anyways Sat - 10 miles -actual 6.3 easy miles Sun - 6 miles - actual 5 easy miles Total - 40 miles - actual 27.3 - need to let my knee heal up before I try this again...but could of easily made it without my accident doing lunges Angry

Running has given me the courage to start, the determination to keep trying, and the childlike spirit to have fun along the way - Run often and run long, but never outrun your Joy of running!
