            Thanks, Gordon! Yeah, March does seem to be whizzing by, doesn't it? Glad the days are getting longer but it's cold here this week.

             

            Monday: 1.6 mile walk at lunch, 2.6 miles (22:13) elliptical, 15 minutes u/b weights, another .5 mile walk

            Tuesday: 5.3 miles on the TM, .7 mile walk

            Wednesday: Rest Day

            Thursday: 8.2 hilly miles, .4 mile walk

            Friday: 7.2 miles with intervals (4 x .5 mile @ 8:00, 3 x .1 mile @ 7:30), .7 mile walk

            Saturday: 9.5 miles GA (8:22 avg pace), .4 mile walk c/d

            Sunday: 11.2 miles run (goal was over 11), .3 mile walk

             

            Totals: 41.4 miles run, 6.4 miles walked, 2.6 miles on the elliptical and one 15-minute U/B weight session (hey, better than none!)
