    Thanks Carolyn!

    242.2 miles for May

I seldom   post in this one but mileage was 221.75, not too bad for post-Boston, plus 10,500  yards of swimming and one bike ride of about 25 miles.

The 50k was a PR but I think a very very soft one.

And Wildchild that trail looks wonderful!

A perfect picture to go with May miles, Carolyn.

Since these could be my last miles for a while, I'm going to really enjoy posting them. Big grin

          May: 90.2 miles

First sub 100 mile month in a long time. Too much traveling, I have a hard time getting out for a run while on the road. June will be much better. Only one trip and that is to Seattle, with time to run while there.

you'd never know I was this close to a marathon with this monthly mileage. Getting a couple puppies kind of put a damper on some of my runs. Not that I regret it, but nights when I normally would have gotten in a long run while DS and DH were at football practice, I needed to go home after work instead.

              136.7 for May.

Thanks Carolyn. My month ended a bit early due to my surgery, but all in all, not a bad month.

WTG Opie, you beat me this month. You're back.

Thanks.  May was very similar to January, the last full month I ran, except with a lot more elevation change this time and of course these miles were slower.
