from yesterday... dromedary- Aren't those lung capacity tests fun? I'd rather run 2 hours on a treadmill than do those. How did yours go? And how did your run go? On the way to work, a seagull swooped down in front of the car to get some roadkill stew for breakfast. There was nothing I could do to avoid it. It looked like a scene from one of my childhood pillowfights... feathers everywhere. I don't think he made it.
