Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
I'm in once again and shall finish the month with my usual running plan......................... the plan of anarchy (or whatever I can get to run)

Thanks Holly! Here's my plan for the week. I'll be spending some time with my kids and grandkids--including my two new ones--down in Florida for a few days, so we'll see how this goes...

1:26:55 Considering the way I'm feeling, this was a good run

Got 37 miles in. The huge snow we got set me back a few miles.
Checking in this week a little late! Oops.
Sunday: 7, easy, 9:18 pace
Monday: 9, speed, 7:35 pace
Wednesday: 10, easy, 8:43 pace
Thursday: 11, easy/medium, 8:42 pace
Friday: 9, speed (hard effort), 7:13 pace
Saturday: 6.5, easy, 9:12 pace
Total for the week: 52.9
Plan is to run...lots.

Cutback week and busy holiday schedule means no strict plan this week. I just want to get 40+ in somehow.
