I can use the ArcTrainer at the YMCA without pain,

since I can't seem to work in that 3rd RunDay at the moment, I am planning to

IT WAS FREEZING in there............windows had frosted over and the air felt like 50-degrees

I really hate  Air Conditioning

 I can dress for it,

 but do any of you have this problem, and what do you do about it??

If I have that problem, I go complain to the kid at the front desk.  

Then I go to the stairstepper and try to work up a big sweat.
