Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
Actually, last week I had 42 miles. This was the week I needed a free pass.

Thanks Holly, I hope your LR wet well.
My plan was to run 5 or 6 miles on 4 of the weekdays, then 6 and 12 on the weekend. But minor medical issues prevented any weekend running, so I'm well short this week with 23 miles. Hoping for a rebound next week!
Hey Holly.
Since I made 40 miles last week, I'll go for it again this week.

DW talked me into going out for dinner...she didn't have to try very hard. But, I did do my crunches before we left.
47:00--ran with the high school track team in the rain--had a fun time. Then did my wall sits.

2:32:02--decided to do a long run so I can do a race next weekend--did some crunches and stretches, too.

Late to the game. I might make it. I took Mon and Tuesday off (along with Sunday). After 157 straight I needed a rest. I may make 40 this week but won't sweat it.

I'm going to be 47 in a couple of weeks, so I probably qualify
And I added that key 0.5 mile at the end of the treadmill jog
today, to make it a nice round number, so a weekly
masters training thread looks like a perfect match

or hyperspeeds
