I am such a slacker! But I did do 30 ball squats/lift on each leg today.
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
4 x 1 minute Plank Lift and 4 x 30 second Side Planks on each side.
4 x 10 ball squats with knee lift on each leg with a 12 pound medicine ball.
Ummm...what should I do tomorrow?
