I don't get it ..... I just don't get it.......how do you people consistently run over 100 miles per month?? What is your secret???

    Trails are hard!

      Beats me, Denise.

57.6 miles for me.  And that includes a half.  Ah well, it's still (a little bit) more than February.

Need a fast half for late fall.  Then I need to actually train for it.

      Consistently Slow

166.9 miles. Finally manage to go over 127 miles since October.

2 AG Thrill in the Hills marathon.

PS: After reading milktruck's post realized .1 mile would have been a prime number.

Run until the trail runs out.

            Hi WC,

            Thanks for another gorgeous photo!

            Walk-Jogger

March  - 70.5 miles running, a few hours on the treadmill walking, and a few hours on the stationary bike.

              YTD  -   298.8

Three races, three M60+ A/G wins, one over-all win - my last race. Possibly my last race ever, rather ironically, because my left knee has finally had enough.

                    Thank you, Carolyn!

March Miles: 143 miles (Is that a prime number?)

My goal in 2016 is to run 30 miles every week. So far, so good!
