Interesting piece, thanks for posting. I laughed at this line, though: "Mr. Hart said. “'I tell runners to run sleepy eyed.'" Heck, I do that every morning!

That's probably why I have my best early morning runs before my morning nap (that's how we retired folk catch up on sleep).
