Are we supposed to up our total time again for this coming week? I just did my usual total 5:15, though I did increase to a 60 second hold for the last set.. If so, I owe another 30 seconds, oops...
MTA: Well just in case, I just did a minute of the glute bridges w/marching knees, 10 reps alternating each leg.
