My real question is what do other localities do? Is simply locking up the tracks common practice?

Ok, Dark Horse is obviously not reading the daily anymore. Anyone know where he is at? Trail series - I totally expect to be stuck in a long line of slowbies like myself. I signed up just for a change of pace, to experience the trails and possibly to get a new hat at the end of all 4 races. I have simple aspirations.
