Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
I'm in once again and shall finish the month with my usual running plan......................... the plan of anarchy (or whatever I can get to run)
Thanks Holly for keeping us on the road in 2012 and over the masters milepost.
MTA: 55.7 Meh. Just couldn't find a few extra minutes of time.

Thanks Holly! Here's my plan for the week. I'll be spending some time with my kids and grandkids--including my two new ones--down in Florida for a few days, so we'll see how this goes...

Plan is to run...lots.
Cutback week and busy holiday schedule means no strict plan this week. I just want to get 40+ in somehow.
Planned on some intervals but totally
screwed up the Garmin set up,
couldn't figure it out on the fly, and punted
Be safe. Be kind.
