2013 goals 1500 1000 miles , 190 pounds get to 100 miles a month or more and stay there
Um... Gordon, if we end on a Sunday it'll be March 31. April 1 is a Monday!
Another crazy busy week at work.
Monday: Rest Day (dealing with some ankle swelling and soreness)
Tuesday: 3.6 miles elliptical, .5 mile walk and 17 minute weights workout at lunchtime, 5.2 miles run and .7 mile walked after work. Ankle ok, seems to do better with some activity.
Wednesday: 3.5 miles elliptical (27:12), .5 mile walk, 13 minutes abs/core strength workout; 7.2 miles progressive pace run on TM, .7 mile walk. Ankle felt fine all day.
Thursday: Worked late, had to go to the store, got home way too late... *sigh* Rest Day
Friday: 7.1 miles out on the bikepaths in 41+ temps! .3 mile walk c/d
Saturday: 8.1 hilly miles run, .4 mile walk
Sunday: 13.1 miles run, .4 mile walk
Totals: 40.8 miles run, 7.1 miles elliptical, 2.9 miles walked and 30 minutes weights/core
