Unfortunately, I have a CLE (legal seminar) followed by a law firm party on the Pedestrian Bridge so won't be able to make it to Yazoo (where I would much prefer to be). The Pedestrian Bridge thing is probably crashable, if you get tired of beer and don't mind a couple hundred lawyers.
Suppose a rogue barge on the Cumberland rams into one of the Pedestrian Bridge supports, bringing down the bridge and causing the partygoers to die in our downtown river. Would the drowning of several hundred lawyers be the definition of "tort reform?"
