All teams have the same access to IR/LOA. With the bye weeks between rounds, anyone can take a zero week and get on IR if they don't feel like running for whatever reason.

apploder Sorry if that came across as judging or something but I only meant to explain why your team goal changed. I don't think anyone is intentionally gaming the system.

Thank you.  It's okay.  I just wanted to make sure it was clear that it was my decision and not the team's.  They are a great group and have worked hard to get so far in the game.
