Today I ran 5.75 miles and went over 20,000 miles total since I started running in January 1992.  It was a cold day today, 7F with a 6 mph west wind, but it was a good run to get over that milestone.  I beat my annual record in 2009 with a total of 2140, my previous record was 1730 set in 2003.

Now we're headed for 30,000.
