    im new to this running ahead ive thought this look pretty cool i like the website alot

    i like that you can make your own training plans ive just finished a 200 week training program that i will start at the begining of the year

    ive not been allowed to run due to surgery so ive had alot of time so i made a long training plan im good at following my training plan so im excited to get back out there

    i had to have foot surgery to my excess working out

    my training program lacks some interval workouts so i thouhg id come on here and see if you guys had any good interval workouts for me

    13' goals

    2000 miles running

    2000 miles biking

    200 mile swimming

     try to stay healthy to reach my goals this year

    this year im going to start my goal of running 10,000 miles by december 31 of 2016 both biking and running
