Not really Thursday but if you know me....I'm always up for a drink. Walked Jack 2 and ran 4. Ran 5 yesterday...no run Mon and Tues..was a little sore from Sunday.

Then to burn off some tapering energy I did some car maintenance on my DW’s Camry, got the oil changed and then I changed some bulbs (new brighter headlights, replaced a burned out little bulb over the license plate, and a burned out one of the front marker lights).
