Le professeur de trail
If you're like me, you love a good description of runner and hiker adventures. I almost like reading these more than getting out there running in the backwoods. I thought it might be fun to start a list of fun blogs/links to stories and adventures. Not just the "elites" which are easy to find but any and all.
Here's one I am working my way through (a central PA runner): http://lakewoodhiker.blogspot.com/ JOHN FEGYVERESI

Here's a link to Jason Robillard's e-book, read page 4 to understand his reasoning
for allowing it to be made available.

Another PA runner. Just started her blog (only one entry) but hopefully more to come. She is just killing every race she does. Would like to see how she would fare out west!
Edit: Oops! Forgot to share a recent article about her: http://www.trailrunnermag.com/component/content/article/775-military-brat

A Facebook friend of mine (who I know from RWOL - I don't think she posts here, though) just started a blog on tumblr - again, only one entry, but it's a great read about her race in the Silver Rush 50: http://hollyfitness.tumblr.com/
Also, if anyone is interested, I post my adventures at http://ilanarama.dreamwidth.org/ - mostly hiking and travel stuff lately, but the occasional race report and running musing. The most recent things I have up are a 5-day backpack in the Weminuche wilderness here in SW Colorado, and the interim index for the three weeks my husband and I spent in the UK in June, including two weeks hiking across on the Coast to Coast route.
