Occasional Runner
took the Rev 1.5 for it's maiden spin, albeit not running- the pack rode very (very) comfortably- it's very light and has a surprisingly amount of room for it's diminutive size and everything up front is easy to access- two thumbs up thus far
I like hearing that.
Are we there, yet?
Shuffled around the neighborhood for 5.1 miles recovery.
QOTD: biggest weakness is endurance. I struggle to hold any sort of decent pace beyond 11-12 miles, which makes it kind of ironic that I've finally decided to run ultras.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.
Geez. First week since the first week of January with 40+ miles. I looked back at my training log and discovered three things:
1. I should have never paced Kelly during his first 100 mile win in December.
2. I should have never toed the line at the Mt. Cheah 50K in February.
3. I should never say i should have never done something because they both ended just fine.
QOTD: Heat.
