I ran 2.5 miles this morning and added a mile hike through the woods at another spot.
QOTD: Any predictions for the Michigan/Washington game next week?
I predict it is going to be a really good game, but I think it would be hard to predict who will win. However, I think Michigan's defense is going to hold on for the win.

Ran 7 or so yesterday to start the New Year with Baker out at Nolde Forest. That is pretty long for me these days but included lots of shuffling up the big hills, heck even down them. Jogged Birdie for about 2 miles as well. She does not quite yet understand the beep collar so it was a battle.Today, need to stretch and do some weights. Maybe go to the gym tonight for a spin instead of running.
QOTD: I cannot in good faith rout for Michigan, but I probably would not bet against those cheaters.
