More thawing, but not enough. Just under 4 miles in a park that I don't often visit. However, I recently found out they did some significant repairs to the horse trails so Chowder and I went to check them out. Foggy here today, and still a lot of ice. And where there wasn't ice, there was slick mud over frozen ground. But it was great to be on the trails after far too long.

qotd: What do you take for pain relief? I had a migraine today, first in months but all I can take is Tylenol and that just didn't cut it. I used to take Excedrin Migraine but can't take NSAIDS with kidney failure.

Rain off and on all day, but I missed it.
QOTD: acetominophen - generic form of Tylenol. I avoid taking any pain medication unless I'm uncomfortable enough that it distracts me or keeps me from focusing on what I'm doing.
