Just 3 today on sloppy trails... managing the junky achilles is going well. Now chasing the tenderness to the medial side. Repeated bouts of compression on it does wonders.

Qotd: I don't watch much TV...but I guess it would be a toss up between Criminal Minds and Mutual of Omaha's Animal Kingdom...some of you of a particular vintage would remeber Marlin Perkins...he used to watch while the young guy did all the hand to paw wrestling. I want to do the dangerous parts. As for criminal minds...i have a facination with serial killers.
