Been a tough week. I have been running, just not posting or reading. Not much on the mileage this week, so far. But I have a 30 miler tomorrow night, so that will jack me well over 200 for August. I should hit 225, which is my goal for the month.

QOTD: Yes, I get bored with my little routes, but I am focused on something bigger than the route right now. So, it isn't that big of a deal.
