I'm certainly not fast this spring. In fact I'm noticeably slower then last year this time, so don't feel like we're all going to run away from you.
Faster Than Your Couch!
I am not fast, check my Hyner results (78th out of something like 100). My placing always depends on the competition. Next year, I might select races on weekends when Boston, Pittsburg, or Philly marathons are run...
But I have noticed that I got faster when I increased my weekly mileage.
