Are we there, yet?
The Montour 24 FB group just posted the link for registration which opens tomorrow, Dec 20th. 24-Hour race only and relay, no 6-hour or 12-hour as I think they've had in the past.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.

George since you are focusing on 6 and 12 hour races this year does the only 24 hour option make it easier to decide?
Definitely. I have Ethan Allen 6-Hour, one of my goal races, two weeks after Montour, so Montour is not an option this year. It's not worth the expense to register with the intent to run only 6 hours or so. The only 24-Hour that I'm almost 100% sure I'll run next year is Crooked Road in November after all my goal races. I'm not even sure I'll run North Coast even though I've run it the last 7 years.

DW and I are signed up for the 24 hr. June 26th works well for our plans. Now if the usual hot race-day Summer weather cooperates, we'll be fine.
