moonlight, my brother had a knee replacement a few years ago and he's now started running 5ks.  His was an injury he got while in the AF as a loadmaster...slipped and fell on the cargo deck.  He thought he wouldn't be able to run and of course the VA docs weren't much help.

QOTD: Don’t think I’ve ever had a running injury.  A little irked because yesterday, I broke a crown on a molar (not the one on my head, fortunately!). Wasn’t even a year old!  This happened while volunteering at a race, so tangentially running related?
