It was a beautiful day on an awesome course! It hurt. I finished in 13:20. I can't wait to do it again!
Grayrunner and Mrs. Grayrunner did a marvelous job crewing. Grayrunner was also my safety walker (with a little slow trotting) for the last 16 miles. It really helped to have him spotting the rocks and roots. I was more than a bit unsteady on my feet before we finished. I was also having to hold my head up with one hand for the last few miles.

Congrats, Ben. Seeing your progress in Grayrunner's FB page (aka stalking) was amazing.

Faster Than Your Couch!
Congratulations, sounds you had a blast!
But I'm craving more details, too!
Run for fun.

Ok Ben is the un-Jason.
Never run, if you want to never run, don't start because you'll never stop.
Congrats on completing it!
Take Charge. Train Harder. Suck Less. No Excuses.
Maybe Trent will post a detailed RR. I saw him at the start and 22.5. He went on the finish well below his 12 hour goal.
Congrats, Ben! Looked like a tough course.

Nice work. Seemed it really paid off to stay the course.
